The Rose Gold, Gold, and Black straws have been created using an electroplating process. This coating is very durable however it can be scratched off with a sharp object.
The rainbow straws have been created using a PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition) method which uses heat and a vacuum to create the stunning patterns. This process results in a surface that is as durable as the plain stainless straws.
We recommend adding a cleaning brush for simple cleaning.
